Google's Nexus Launcher, the default launcher running on top of all Nexus devices and smartphones, is changed as Pixel Launcher
The new launcher has been leaked and is anticipated to come with the upcoming Pixel-branded devices.
The new launcher is supposed to be launch on October 4.

The zip above contains both the Pixel Launcher and the Wallpaper
picker APKs. Unzip them, then install through a file manager.
For those who can't wait for the new Pixel Launcher can download a zip containing the launcher apk and Wallpaper picker apk.
To get full functionality (including the Google Now pane), users will have to install the launch APK to /system. If users performed a similar installation method for the Nexus Launcher, they will just need to install the APK as an upgrade. For now, exact compatibility requirements have not been shared, and users are warned to install the APK files at their own risk.
Looking at the new Pixel Launcher, it appears to follow the simplistic design as the Nexus Launcher currently found on Nexus devices.

1. Daily wallpaper options.
Love having your wallpaper change day-to-day on your desktop or laptop at home? Now, you’ll be able to get this on your phone as well. Once you press and hold on the home screen and open the wallpaper module, you’ll be given a series of options of different types of wallpapers. Once you pick a category, like, say, landscape wallpapers, you can then choose to have your phone cycle through different wallpapers on a daily basis.
2. New Google search bar.
Instead of an always-there search bar at the top, you know have a Google search button on the top left of your screen that you just tap to open search.
3. New app drawer and search functions.
One big change is the transparent app drawer. Swipe up, and the drawer starts out as transparent and then the background gradually turns white as it fills the screen. At the top you’ll see a search bar, and when you press on the right side of the screen you can scroll through apps alphabetically.
Some icons are also changed , for examples Google Calendar Icon is now showing the current date of the month on its icon

4. More attractive app folders.
App folders on your home screen are still circular, but it shows up to four apps within the circle rather than burying one behind the other .
Overall according to me I find this new launcher a better choice than Google Now Launcher moreover its geometric designs are more visually appealing.
