WhatsApp New Features in its latest Beta
In WhatsApp latest Beta update, new Features are added like image editing and the inbuilt camera is also changed. Now selfies will be more clear without the front flash. And some more features....
WhatsApp’s latest Beta has a number of new features to make image sharing more fun & personalised in an attempt to take on Snapchat. They’re bringing in the ability to draw on an image & paste stickers on to it too, quite like how Snapchat & Instagram stories allow. However, the interface as well as the emoji (open source Twemoji) being used are totally identical, which is strange as WhatsApp normally just uses iOS style emoji even on Android. This will make things a little hard to get used to as users will have 2 different styles of emoji. WhatsApp is also going to enlarge all emoji sent without text as well (like they did with the heart emoji)
WhatsApp’s New Photo Editing Tools
It will provide several photo editing features including low-light selfies. When using the front camera, tapping the flash icon can brighten your selfie. The upgrade will light up your display if your phone doesn’t have a selfie flash. There’s also a doodle tool for doodling on photos before sending them. However, the images can only be taken from the WhatsApp tool & not the gallery. Other features in the tool include free drawing, emoji, stickers, & text overlay.
